Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging with all tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you would like a different size, color, or variation, the fastest solution is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

To qualify, the item must be:

Refunds
